IntegraSi grew from practical experience of living, studying and working in Slovenia. Our goal is to give people one clear place for information, practical steps and support with work, study and integration into Slovenian life.

Project LeadFrom my own experience of arriving, studying and living in Slovenia, I saw how hard it can be to find clear and understandable information in one place. IntegraSi was created to make that process more transparent, safer and more human for other people.
Our Team
IntegraSi brings together people with experience in education, employment, administrative procedures and the integration of foreigners into Slovenian life. Our shared goal is simple: everyone arriving in a new country should have clear information, concrete support and the feeling that they are not going through the process alone.
We believe quality support starts with listening. That is why we approach every candidate, student and partner individually, taking their goals, circumstances and needs into account. We do not offer only information - we help people understand their options, prepare the next steps and make more thoughtful and safer decisions.

How our team supports you
At IntegraSi, we believe that moving to a new country is much easier when information is clear, documents are prepared on time and every next step is well organised. We therefore provide individuals and companies with personal, practical and comprehensive support for employment, study, documentation and integration into life in Slovenia.
We help you understand the procedures for residence and work permits, prepare a list of required documents and review the documentation before submission. We advise on completing forms, point out missing evidence and inform you about necessary additions. With your consent, we can communicate with employers, educational institutions, administrative units, diplomatic missions and other competent authorities, while following the procedure and the next required steps.
Our support does not end with documentation. We also help you prepare for arrival in Slovenia and explain the first administrative and practical procedures, including registering your residence, obtaining a tax number, arranging health insurance, opening a bank account and looking for accommodation.
For employment candidates, we review their experience, knowledge and career goals, identify suitable fields of work and prepare a clear CV and short employer presentation. We prepare candidates for interviews, explain the basic employment process and highlight what to consider in a job offer, contract and the start of employment. A candidate does not pay for a job or an introduction to an employer, but only for the agreed support services.
For future students, we analyse previous education, interests and goals and help identify suitable study programmes. Together, we prepare an application strategy, check admission requirements and important dates, review documentation and coordinate communication with educational institutions. After admission, we also help with arrival preparation, residence procedures, student work, joining a student employment service and the first practical steps in Slovenia.
For companies, we help clearly define staffing needs, understand the specifics of the available roles and create a suitable candidate profile. We present appropriate profiles, carry out an initial pre-screening, help organise interviews and coordinate the first communication between the company and candidates. We also assist with documentation coordination and preparing the candidate for arrival and the start of work. The final hiring decision is always made by the company.
Our support does not guarantee employment, admission or the issue of a permit. The employer decides on candidate selection, the educational institution decides on admission, and the competent authorities decide on permits.
