1. Data controller
The data controller is IntegraSi, poslovno svetovanje, Marijana Gavrilović s.p., Celovška cesta 136, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number 7525184000, tax number 16493664. For questions about personal-data processing, contact info@integrasi.si or +386 69 712 202.
2. Data we process
Through the contact form or by email we may receive your first and last name, email address, phone number, CV, citizenship and place-of-residence information, as well as information you provide such as education, work experience, skills and employment or study interests. Please do not send copies of identity documents, health data or other particularly sensitive information in your first inquiry unless this is later expressly necessary and agreed.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to handle your inquiry, prepare a reply or offer, communicate with you and take steps that you request before a possible contract is concluded. We do not use contact-form or email inquiry data for marketing messages without separate, voluntary consent and we do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
When you send an inquiry to obtain an offer or request other steps before concluding a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions unrelated to a possible contract, we may process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying and conducting ordinary business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The required acknowledgement in the form only confirms that you have been informed of this policy; it is not consent to direct marketing.
5. Requirement to provide data
Information marked as required is necessary so that we can identify and answer your inquiry. If it is not provided, the form cannot be submitted. A phone number is optional where such a field is available.
6. Recipients and processors
Data is accessed only by people who need it to handle the inquiry. Contracted hosting, form and email providers may assist with the technical operation of the website, form and electronic communication and process data on our behalf and under our instructions. The website and form use Netlify services. We share data with other partners, employers, educational institutions or public bodies only when this is necessary for a service you expressly request and an appropriate legal basis exists. Before a CV or document is sent to a specific recipient, you will be informed and your request or authorisation will be recorded.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technical providers may process or transfer data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are used, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism for a lawful transfer.
8. Retention period
If an inquiry does not lead to cooperation, we generally retain the data and related communication for no more than 12 months after the last communication and then delete or anonymise it, unless longer retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If a contract is concluded or legal obligations arise, data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract and comply with applicable statutory periods.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@integrasi.si. We may verify your identity before replying in order to protect your data.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that your personal data is processed contrary to applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, phone 01 230 97 30, email gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of contact-form data that produce legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy due to changes in services, technical providers or legislation. The current version will always be published on this page. Last updated: 29 August 2026.
